Responsibilities Triage and resolve support issues for the data platform and supporting systems.
Implement data platform improvements and new features.
Work with the Data Engineering team to identify and implement improvements to support and data quality tools.
Interface with clients, vendors, and internal users of the data platform on systems access, as well as understand the data.
Participate in group design and architecture sessions.
Author documentation for standard operating procedures, knowledge base articles, and related documents.
Qualifications Pursuing an undergraduate or master level degree in STEM, Data Engineering, Software Engineering, Computer Science, Data Science/Analytics.
Software/Technical Skills: Python programming language experience, exposure to cloud technologies, Unix/Linux experience.
Ability to communicate effectively through verbal, e-mail, and wiki means.
