As Receptionist-Dispatch Coordinator, you'll handle office administrative tasks related to customer calls, job management, scheduling, and ensuring customer satisfaction. This full-time role operates Monday through Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., with potential for extended hours based on business needs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage customer calls and job referrals
- Provide excellent customer service
- Answer general inquiries and greet visitors

- Coordinate dispatch and scheduling of teams
- Ensure accurate data entry and scheduling software updates
- Collaborate across departments as required
Position Requirements:
- Previous customer service experience; scheduling experience a plus

- Exceptional organizational abilities and attention to detail
- Self-motivated with strong multitasking capabilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite
- High school diploma/GED preferred; relevant experience valued

Competitive Compensation:
Earn between:
$16.00-$21.00 per hour (DOE), with potential for overtime.
