Job Title: Receptionist

At Jaguar Land Rover Portland, we are seeking a highly skilled and enthusiastic Receptionist to join our team. As a Receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for our guests and will play a vital role in providing exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet and direct guests in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Answer phone calls and communicate with guests in a clear and efficient manner.
  • Offer refreshments and make coffee beverages.
  • Maintain the reception area, coffee bar, and guest areas to ensure a clean and welcoming environment.
  • Assist clients while awaiting assistance from Sales.
  • Ability to lift up to 40lbs.

Requirements:

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Computer literate and proficient in using office software.
  • Enthusiasm and outgoing personality.
  • Ability to work weekends.
