Responsibilities:
  • Answer and direct phone calls, greet visitors, and manage front desk operations

Requirements:
  • High school graduate or equivalent
  • 2-3 years of previous receptionist experience, handling multi-line phone systems and administrative tasks
  • Experience in a fast-paced office environment, with excellent customer service skills
  • Accounting experience in the construction industry is a plus

Work Environment:

This is a sedentary role with frequent distractions, requiring the ability to lift files, open filing cabinets, and bend or stand on a stool as necessary.

Supervision:

This position has no supervisory responsibility and receives supervision depending on the assignment.
