Senior Director, Divisional Pricing and Customer Administration

Labcorp is hiring a Senior Director of Divisional Pricing and Customer Master Administration. In this role, the individual will lead the pricing and customer master resources responsible for Division Non-National physician special pricing and customer master administration staff responsible for the delivery of pricing and customer master services that are handled at the Division level.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Oversee the development and implementation of Division-wide processes, activities, systems, and tools related to pricing and customer master.
  • Management of Division pricing and customer master resources; initial requirement is to centralize the team and create a structure that maximizes the team's ability to provide excellent service to its stakeholders.
  • Prepare the team for a future change of the pricing platform, including close collaboration with the National pricing team in all aspects of the system integration.
  • Includes collaborating very closely with various stakeholders, including Division finance and commercial teams, in the development and implementation of pricing decisions.
  • Provides subject matter expertise.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Experience in project management, organizational structures and change management required.
  • 10+ years of supervisory/management experience.
  • Proficient with Microsoft products including Outlook, MSWord and is at an intermediate level with MS Excel. Proficient with Alteryx preferred.
  • Preferred experience within laboratory industry, specifically in pricing.
  • Preferred location within 35 miles of Burlington or RTP NC as this is a hybrid position.

EDUCATION

  • BA/BS Degree with a concentration in Finance, Technology, or a similar field.
