Senior Brand Manager, Marketing Innovation and Growth - Away From Home (AFH) Overview

Innovation stands tall as a key pillar propelling Kraft Heinz's growth trajectory. As a direct report to the Head of Away from Home (AFH) Marketing, the Senior Brand Manager specializing in Marketing Innovation & Growth will serve as a pivotal figure in shaping and introducing novel ideas for the Away from Home (Foodservice) sector. Carrying the mantle of the innovation pipeline, this role will engage in seamless collaboration across multiple units to guarantee that Away from Home serves as the nexus of innovation within Kraft Heinz. The role's broad spectrum of responsibilities is meticulously crafted to empower leaders like yourself to establish a solid foundation in marketing and innovation, both for themselves and their teams.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee the brand innovation pipeline from conceptualization to launch for the Away from Home division.
  • Develop a strategic framework for pinpointing, curating, and managing the innovation pipeline.
  • Collaborate closely with various marketing squads to construct a unified Engine approach for the innovation pipeline.
  • Pioneer our innovation culture by spearheading the introduction of products that align with Global Trends and Culture.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional units (R&D, culinary, consumer insights, quality, legal, operations, sales, and finance) to translate innovation pipeline concepts into commercial reality for the Away from Home segment through the stage gate process.
  • Supervise the innovation processes and outcomes for Away from Home, encompassing Stage Gate milestones, resource allocation, and prioritization.
  • Contribute to the strategic direction of ESG initiatives pertaining to our product portfolio.
  • Aid in devising go-to-market strategies, including crafting compelling launch narratives.
  • Act as a vanguard for the innovation culture within the organization.
