Mobile Hospice Administrator (RN) to cover OH, IN, and PA. Hybrid, remote/travel/on-site.

Ideal candidate will have a RN compact license for OH, IN, and PA, Hospice Leadership experience, be willing to travel (including overnight), and reside in the Columbus, OH or Cincinnati, OH areas.

This is an operational leadership position that will fill in for vacant Administrator/Director of Clinical Services positions, assist with onboarding new leadership, and providing education.

As a Mobile Hospice Administrator (RN), you will be called to care when you're needed most. As part of Interim HealthCare, you'll support a full range of patient services to bring comfort and dignity to our clients.

As a Mobile Hospice Administrator (RN), you will be:

  • Ensur ing that established processes are in place to screen, hire, orient, educate and retain enough hospice employees to meet the care needs of the patients and families
  • Evaluat ing the provided patient ' s care to ensure that it follows established policies, procedures, laws and regulations
  • Develop ing and motivat ing the clinical and professional team and providing leadership to the staff in the compassionate care of the patient/family unit
  • Assur ing that appropriate action is taken to resolve identified caregiver or patient/client concerns or complaints

To qualify to be a Mobile Hospice Administrator (RN) with us, you will need:

  • Education: Graduate of an accredited school of nursing . Bachelor's degree preferred
  • Minimum of five (5) years' experience in Hospice as a Registered Nurse within the last seven (7) years preferred.
  • Three (3) years of hospice experience managing caregivers within the last five (5) years preferred
  • Licensed as an RN within assigned state/territory preferred
