Responsibilities
  • Initiate daily communication with clients for overdue payments
  • Analyze and investigate account records
  • Ensure the accuracy of aging reports
  • Identify and execute required adjustments to accounts
  • Resolve discrepancies in account statements
  • Dispatch statements to clients with outstanding balances
  • Engage with clients to resolve outstanding matters
  • Offer customer support for inquiries related to payment history
  • Generate and distribute monthly aging reports
  • Organize and file documents post-reporting
  • Act as a backup for processing payments to customer accounts, including checks, money orders, ACH, EFT, and Credit Cards
