About the Role:
As a Healthcare Support Specialist, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality care to our patients. Our team at Nashua West Adult Medicine is committed to ensuring that every patient receives personalized attention, whether they are visiting for a routine check-up or managing a chronic condition.

Your Responsibilities:
- Assist in the delivery of professional nursing care under the guidance of Registered Nurses and Providers.
- Engage with patients in person, via phone, and through telehealth platforms, ensuring compliance with professional standards.
- Execute delegated tasks from Providers and Registered Nurses, including administering medications, treatments, and conducting point-of-care testing.
- Collect and assess patient health information, effectively communicating findings to the healthcare team.
- Maintain accurate documentation of care activities in the medical record, ensuring detail and precision.

Qualifications:
- Completion of a Medical Assistant program or equivalent experience of at least 3 years in a similar role.
- Current BLS/CPR certification.
- Preferred: One year of experience in a medical practice or healthcare setting.
