The candidate is strong in skills related to product management, running large initiatives from end to end and will know and love working with data. The candidate is customer obsessed, has a curious mind, strives to achieve the highest bar with revenue data, and can partner with customers to answer key business questions and also work with tech teams to drive systematic resolutions. The candidate is a face of the team in customer and stakeholder discussions and is expected to work backwards from the customer to add value.

Key job responsibilities
- Run large initiatives to improve revenue accuracy, timeliness, speed with limited guidance
- Be adept in working cross functionally with tech teams, stakeholders, customers, and leadership
- Own the end to end product launch process from writing a PR FAQ, BRD, test plans, customer engagement, communications, UAT, and project updates to interested stakeholders
- Is a team player and independently drives solutions to improve revenue data
- Conduct detailed UAT to support project launches to enhance revenue datasets
- Answer critical customer questions on revenue data by diving into detailed data and leveraging SQL, big data skills and business insight
- Troubleshoot operational data-quality issues, while driving data democratization throughout the organization, enabling others to self-serve their data needs

About Sales, Marketing and Global Services (SMGS)

AWS Sales, Marketing, and Global Services (SMGS) is responsible for driving revenue, adoption, and growth from the largest and fastest growing small- and mid-market accounts to enterprise-level customers including public sector.

6+ years of product or program management, product marketing, business development or technology experience
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent
- Experience with feature delivery and tradeoffs of a product
- Experience owning/driving roadmap strategy and definition, and end to end product delivery
- Experience working across functional teams and senior stakeholders, and influencing senior leadership through data driven insights
