Our initial product helps lawyers and accredited representatives dramatically reduce the time required to review files, summarize findings, and draft documents for VA disability appeals. Role Overview
We are looking for a meticulous and experienced lawyer, accredited agent (or paralegal) with deep domain knowledge and a passion for Veterans Affairs (VA) Disability.
This person will be someone who:
Is a self-starter who is comfortable working independently.
Comfortable with direct feedback and with a desire to continuously get better.
Excited to take on a new challenge working with cutting-edge technology.
This person will be instrumental in ensuring the quality and ongoing enhancement of our timelines and medical condition summaries.
Key Responsibilities
Quality Assurance: Scrutinize and validate the accuracy of our product, ensuring outputs align with our standards for quality and reliability.
Usability Improvements: Evaluate the usability of the outputs by considering how easily our customers can interpret and utilize the information provided. This includes assessing the clarity, relevance, and comprehensiveness of the generated information.
Product Development: Partner with product development and engineering teams to integrate suggested improvements and align outputs with legal and regulatory standards.
Customer Engagement: Work with our customers to understand how Page AI can best serve their needs and advocate for product improvements on their behalf.
Process Improvement: Identify opportunities for process enhancements and product improvements, providing actionable feedback to our development team.
Qualifications
Minimum of 2-4 years of experience as a lawyer, accredited agent, or paralegal, with a focus on veterans affairs disability.
Experience with social security disability is a plus.
Exceptional attention to detail and strong analytical skills.
Proficient in interpreting medical records and familiar with medical condition terminology.
Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
Capable of working independently and managing time efficiently in a remote setting.
Curiosity about AI and technology is preferred.
