You will serve as the acting Chief of Staff when required.

You will be responsible for the development and justification of a large budget, and will oversee budget execution to ensure DoD obligations and expenditure benchmarks are met.

You will plan work to be accomplished by subordinates and initiate ways to improve production or increase the quality of work directed.

You will oversee the Contracting Officer's Representatives (COR) responsible for the facility and two large labor contracts to ensure uniform application of performance expectations.

You will collaborate with other Naval Activities and Intelligence Community Agencies to refine requirements, review and/or author Memorandums of Agreement (MOA), and support the timely movement of funding.

You will lead the effort to improve and modernize Activity business processes.
You will identify and provide developmental training needs for the organization.
You will develop and evaluate performance standards for the organization.
You will provide advice, counsel, and instruction at all levels to resolve complaints.
