This person in this role will help our client with transitioning from their current system to the new system. You will facilitate discussions about business processes and upcoming changes.

We are currently seeking an Organizational Change Management Analyst to join our team in Springfield, IL, United States (US). Our Government Consulting and Advisory organization has a proven track record of delivering high-impact business results for our government clients. As "the people side of change," the OCM Practice focuses on the people side of business, improving outcomes and driving ROI through our clients' most challenging initiatives.

If you enjoy preparing people for sustainable change, helping others embrace a new culture, solving complex problems, and building client strategies under the direction of a project manager or OCM lead, this role is for you The position is remote, with the possibility of up to 25% travel to the client location.

Duties Include:

  • Using GCA's OCM best practice methodology, support the OCM planning for a complex government system implementation to help our government clients transform their workforce
  • Perform stakeholder impact and readiness assessments to drive faster adoption, measure and monitor for increased utilization, greater proficiency, and effectiveness of OCM activities.
  • Create and Review As-Is and To-Be business processes to assist in analyzing future-state staffing needs and identify new and innovative ways to solve business process and workforce issues to increase benefit realization, ROI, and achieve the desired business results and outcomes for clients
  • Support design, development, delivery, and management of communications, including surveys, newsletters, and other communication materials as needed
  • Assist with mobilizing and managing a network of change advocates throughout the project lifecycle, from design through implementation support
  • Identify potential risks and anticipated points of resistance, and support plans to mitigate or address the concerns
  • Help identify new and innovative ways to accelerate clients through their change journey.
  • Assist OCM manager in producing progress and status reports

Mandatory Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • Minimum 3 years of healthcare experience
  • Minimum 5 years of experience as a OCM analyst, project, or business analyst on a large-scale system implementation
  • Minimum 3 years of experience using Visio to document complex cross-functional processes. Note: candidates selected for interview will be asked to flow out a simple business process using a free tool during the interview.
  • Minimum of 2 years of consulting experience including drafting deliverables and participating in peer review of deliverables
  • Ability to establish relationships and influence others toward a common vision or goal
  • Experience using SharePoint and Microsoft Office applications
  • Capability to process large amounts of information into consumable work products and coordinate necessary tasks through completion according to the schedule

Requested Qualifications:

  • Prosci, ACMP or an equivalent OCM certification or experience
  • HHS or government consulting experience
  • Extensive experience preparing for and facilitating meetings, interviews and making presentations
  • Excels at using quantitative data to drive recommendations and decisions
  • Training material development and delivery
  • Strong problem-solving, teamwork and customer service skills
