Overview

The ARCHIBUS IWMS Analyst will serve our government client, providing expert knowledge in software applications for facilities management. The successful candidate will possess experience with U.S. Government, Department of Defense (DoD), and Intelligence Community (IC) facilities, along with proficiency in applications such as ARCHIBUS, Autodesk AutoCAD, and Autodesk Revit.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design, develop, and test ARCHIBUS Web Central Computer-Aided Facilities Management (CAFM) applications.
  • Offer expertise in the integration of applications and data utilized in facility management.
  • Assist in the implementation of solutions tailored for facilities management.
  • Evaluate client requirements and formulate technical specifications.
  • Modify ARCHIBUS functionalities using industry-standard tools and methodologies.
  • Customize database schemas and support interface development.
  • Integrate ARCHIBUS with Autodesk AutoCAD and Revit.
  • Communicate objectives and timelines effectively to stakeholders.
  • Provide software development expertise in specialized areas.
  • Create user documentation and contribute to project discussions.
Qualifications
  • Minimum Qualifications
  • Education/Certificates: Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience, TS/SCI clearance required.
  • Experience: Extensive experience in facilities operations/planning/management, with a minimum of 3 years in Java, XML, and JavaScript development.
  • Skills: Proficient in Oracle, strong communication abilities, and Microsoft Office skills.
  • Desired: Professional Degree in Engineering or Architecture, Autodesk certifications, Project Management Professional.
