The ARCHIBUS IWMS Analyst will serve our governmental client, providing expertise in software applications for facilities management. The successful candidate should possess experience with U.S. Government, Department of Defense (DoD), and Intelligence Community (IC) facilities, as well as proficiency in applications such as ARCHIBUS, Autodesk AutoCAD, and Autodesk Revit.

Responsibilities
  • Design, develop, and evaluate ARCHIBUS Web Central Computer-Aided Facilities Management (CAFM) applications
  • Offer expertise in the integration of applications and data utilized in facility management
  • Assist in the implementation of solutions tailored for facilities management
  • Assess client needs and formulate technical specifications
  • Adjust ARCHIBUS functionalities using industry-standard methodologies
  • Customize database architecture and support interface creation
  • Integrate ARCHIBUS with Autodesk AutoCAD and Revit software
  • Convey objectives and timelines to stakeholders effectively
  • Provide software development expertise in specialized areas
  • Develop user documentation and contribute to project discussions
Qualifications
  • Minimum Qualifications
  • Education/Certificates: Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience, TS/SCI clearance required
  • Experience: years in facilities operations/planning/management, with a minimum of 3 years in Java, XML, and JavaScript development
  • Skills: Proficiency in Oracle, strong communication abilities, and Microsoft Office skills
  • Desired: Professional Degree in Engineering or Architecture, Autodesk certifications, Project Management Professional certification
  • Other Requirements: Requests for accommodation will be considered; Personal Protective Equipment may be necessary
