We are seeking a Program Manager to support our Orlando, Florida location.

The Program Manager may plan, direct, or coordinate the operations of public or private sector organizations, oversee multiple departments or locations. Duties and responsibilities may include formulating policies, managing daily operations, and planning the use of materials and human resources, but are too diverse and general in nature to be classified in any one functional area of management or administration, such as personnel, purchasing, or administrative services.

The ideal candidate will have the following experience and qualifications:

Degree Requirement: BS/ BA is required, and a MS/MA is desired.

Years of Related Experience Required: 5 years of related experience.

Description of Required Experience/Skills:

  1. Program/Project management experience
  2. Firm understanding of the standard project management principles and standards.
  3. Must be able to manage a team at varying locations.
  4. Must be able to effectively lead a diverse team of professional and technical personnel. Description of Desired Experience/Skills:
  5. Agile Software Development Experience
  6. PMP Certified
  7. Team Lead or Program/Project Manager Experience in SW Development
