Role Summary:
The Program Manager for Maintenance Systems Software Release is tasked with overseeing the cost, timeline, technical execution, and performance metrics of the MX-P.02 Software Release under the Operational Data Integrated Network (ODIN) Indefinite Delivery, Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the transition from legacy Autonomic Logistics Information System (ALIS) software to a modernized ODIN architecture, facilitating the new F-35 Maintenance Systems software delivery strategy.
- Support the development and execution of new ALIS/ODIN capabilities essential for maintaining alignment with the F-35 Maintenance System Market Segment.
- Act as a liaison between internal and external stakeholders, including Aeronautics, JPO, and vendors, coordinating meetings and reviews with the F-35 Maintenance Systems Program Management Office (PMO).
- Oversee daily program operations, collaborating closely with Supply Chain Management, Engineering Technical Leads, Functional Managers, Contract PMOs, and Executive Leadership to ensure timely progress on program dependencies and milestones.
- Manage internal program business rhythms, coordinating across finance, contracts, business operations, program planning, and control account managers (CAMs) to report on program execution and status to PMO Leadership.
This role may require travel of less than 25%, both domestically and internationally.

Basic Qualifications:
- Experience in Program Management
- Background in Capture/Proposal Management
- Ability to work within matrix organizations for program execution and proposals
- Proven experience presenting to stakeholders and executive leadership
Desired Skills:
- Familiarity with the F-35 Program and fifth-generation fighter programs
- Strong communication and presentation abilities
- Willingness to travel as needed
- Demonstrated success in supporting large, complex systems development programs
- Experience with DevSecOps and Agile methodologies
Security Clearance:
This position requires a government security clearance; candidates must be U.S. citizens for consideration.
Work Environment:
This role offers a hybrid work schedule, allowing for both remote and on-site work at designated Lockheed Martin facilities. Specific weekly schedules will be discussed during the hiring process.
