About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Program Manager to join our team at Lockheed Martin. As a key member of our Integrated Program Planning team, you will play a critical role in supporting the preparation and maintenance of program schedules and plans.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support Senior Program Planners in the preparation, execution, and maintenance of new or existing planning products.
  • Develop Integrated Master Schedules (IMS) for new or existing development/production/sustainment programs leveraging the Program Summary Master Schedules (PSMS).
  • Maintain Schedules and perform probabilistic/deterministic risk analysis, identifying critical/driving paths while developing solutions for resolutions along with network logic validation/deconfliction.
  • Support Proposal Submittal and execution schedule development through preparation and assessment of progress against established plans and parameters.
  • Formulate and Recommend Corrective Action Measures such as schedule revisions, fund allocations, and work requirements.
  • Maintain Cost and Schedule Integration throughout the program lifecycle.
  • Support the Implementation and Monitoring of Earned Value Management System.
Requirements
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Applications.
  • Demonstrated Critical Thinking and Problem-Solving Abilities.
  • Experiences with Networked Schedules.
  • Experiences Delivering Briefings to Team Members and Project Teams.
  • Knowledge of Schedule Performance Management Techniques, e.g. Earned Value Management.
  • Bachelor's Degree.
  • Ability to Obtain a DOD Secret Clearance, US citizenship is required.
Desired Skills
  • 3 Years or More of Experience in Planning or Program Management Related Discipline.
  • Must be Able to Obtain a DoD Clearance.
  • Exposure to Network Scheduling Tool (MS Project, Open Plan, Primavera, etc).
  • Critical Path Scheduling Methodology.
  • Integrated Master Schedule (IMS) Development and Maintenance.
  • Production/Sustainment/Depot Operations.
  • Work Breakdown Structure (WBS) Development.
  • Proposal Knowledge.
  • Integrated Master Plan (IMP) Knowledge.
  • Advanced Excel Skill Set Including Macros, Lookup Tables, and VBA.
  • Exposure to Schedule Risk Assessment Process/Tools.
