Objective:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Establish and nurture productive relationships with clients, acting as a primary contact for all interactions.

  • Manage the creation and implementation of program documentation, including Statements of Work and Standard Operating Procedures.
  • Engage with PSC leadership to explore new business opportunities and strengthen partnerships.

  • Ensure clear communication of project status and execution of tactical plans to clients.
  • Maintain comprehensive knowledge of client contracts and ensure compliance with all terms.
  • Recruit, train, and onboard program leadership staff to support operational needs.
  • Manage contract parameters effectively across various programs.
  • Collaborate with program management to assess profitability and optimize service delivery.
  • Monitor program operations to ensure alignment with established plans and service level agreements.
  • Identify and address training needs within the account team to meet client objectives.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree required.
  • 5-7+ years of experience in oncology within a healthcare leadership capacity.
  • Strong analytical skills to assess business drivers and formulate strategic plans.
  • Familiarity with pharmacy reimbursement and medical benefits.
  • Experience working with large healthcare provider teams.
  • Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Able to make informed decisions in a dynamic environment.
  • Proficient in managing multiple accounts and prioritizing tasks effectively.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Master's Degree (PharmD or MSN) preferred.
  • Experience with pharmacy hub services.
  • Oncology Certified Nurse (OCN) designation.
  • Background in oncology/hematology pharmaceutical account management.
  • Experience with specialty product launches.
  • Understanding of the biopharmaceutical industry's competitive landscape.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects.
