About the Team

The Compliance team at OKX plays a vital role in maintaining the company's overall compliance culture. Comprising risk-focused problem solvers, the team advises the business on regulatory obligations and enterprise risk management.

About the Role

  • Conduct thorough investigations on account activities triggered by transaction monitoring alerts.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address Requests for Information (RFIs) related to transaction monitoring cases.
  • Utilize internal and external resources to identify suspicious activities and review adverse news.
  • Recommend appropriate actions and update case files with findings.
  • Prepare SAR materials and narratives for submission.
  • Support various ad-hoc projects including alert quality assurance and system updates.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 3 years experience in AML-related account activity analysis, due-diligence, and investigations within financial services.
  • Strong writing, analytical, and communication skills.
  • Ability to meet deadlines and collaborate across regions and departments.
  • Detail-oriented, organized, and results-driven individual.
  • Proficiency in English is essential.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in global or matrix organizations.
  • Knowledge of AML/CFT/Sanctions regulations and industry best practices.
  • Familiarity with transaction monitoring tools like Chainalysis.
  • Relevant certifications such as CAMS.
  • Cryptocurrency background is a plus.
