Minimum Position Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, MIS or related discipline field and one year of experience in supporting IT systems and end-users.

An equivalent combination of education, training and experience maybe substituted for the degree requirement. Must have valid driver's license.

Special Conditions

The department is especially interested in candidates who are knowledgeable of troubleshooting hardware/software issues and possess a commitment to providing excellent customer service.

Knowledge of Apple hardware/software, Windows operating systems, security policies and best-practices. Travel to remote sites may be required.

Work Schedule
Monday – Friday

8:00 a.m. – 4:30 p.m.

Some evening and night hours are required.
