Sales Representative

is seeking a proactive and passionate B2B Salesperson to join our team and focus on selling our cutting-edge recruiting solution to businesses in densely populated urban areas. With our innovative product, businesses with walk-in foot traffic or significant signage can gain a unique edge in recruitment over their competitors. Key Responsibilities:
1. Prospect and Develop: Identify and qualify potential business opportunities within restaurants, retailers, and other key sectors in urban locations.
2. Relationship Building: Establish and nurture relationships with business owners and decision-makers in target sectors.
3. Sales Presentations: Present and explain the benefits of our recruiting solution, showcasing how it offers a distinct recruitment advantage.
4. Follow-up: Engage in follow-up communications and meetings, either in person, through phone calls or via video conferences.
5. Feedback and Reporting: Communicate customer feedback to internal teams to drive product and service improvement. Regularly report on sales activities and pipelines.
6. Meet and Exceed Targets: Consistently meet or exceed sales quotas and objectives.
Qualifications:
Proven experience in "in person" sales, preferably in B2B or a similar industry.
Exceptional communication and presentation skills.
Ability to establish rapport and build relationships quickly.
Familiarity with urban markets and the unique challenges they present.
Proficiency in using CRM tools and other sales technologies.
Valid driver's license
Self-starter with a strong work ethic and resilience.
