Key Responsibilities:

1. Prospect and Develop: Identify and qualify potential business opportunities within restaurants, retailers, and other key sectors in urban locations.

2. Relationship Building: Establish and nurture relationships with business owners and decision-makers in target sectors. 

3. Sales Presentations: Present and explain the benefits of our recruiting solution, showcasing how it offers a distinct recruitment advantage.

4. Follow-up: Engage in follow-up communications and meetings, either in person, through phone calls or via video conferences.

5. Feedback and Reporting: Communicate customer feedback to internal teams to drive product and service improvement. Regularly report on sales activities and pipelines.

6. Meet and Exceed Targets: Consistently meet or exceed sales quotas and objectives.

Qualifications:

- Proven experience in "in person" sales, preferably in B2B or a similar industry.

- Exceptional communication and presentation skills.

- Ability to establish rapport and build relationships quickly.

- Familiarity with urban markets and the unique challenges they present.

- Proficiency in using CRM tools and other sales technologies.

- Valid driver’s license

- Self-starter with a strong work ethic and resilience.
