About the Role:

Under the supervision of the Group Product Manager, the Product Manager will develop product strategy, product roadmaps, and prioritization outlines for the development of digital products. Telecommuting is available from anywhere in the US with manager's approval.

You Will:

  • Analyze user requirements, conduct data analysis and market research, and define product design, including user interface requirements and user experience.
  • Partner with product and business managers to build localized experiences for specific markets.
  • Build product vision and strategy using knowledge of customer needs, company strategy, industry trends, and risk management requirements.
  • Innovate and develop ways for customers to ensure complete verification.
  • Define UX and run studies for early validation and iteration.
  • Monitor and scale products after initial delivery.

You Have:

  • Position requires a Master's degree in Management Science, Business Administration, Business Analytics or related field, and 2 years of experience with technical product management.
  • 2 years of experience working cross-functionally with engineers, product managers, designers, and business managers on product development and launches.
  • 2 years of experience interpreting and using data for product decision-making.
  • 2 years of experience leading teams using Agile and Scrum methodologies.
  • 2 years of experience with application product development from concept to launch, including establishing product vision, strategy, and roadmaps for an end-to-end platform.
  • 2 years of experience analyzing ongoing payment and loss-run data using Python and SQL.
  • 2 years of experience modeling analytics dashboards to monitor user experiences.
  • 2 years of experience executing data-driven product decisions and iteration on UI and UX best practices.
  • 2 years of experience applying server-driven UI methodologies.
  • 2 years of experience with AWS S3, Git, Jira, Python, SQL, and XCode.

Compensation Details. The starting base salary range for this position is typically $152, $190, In the U.S., Remitly employees are shareholders in our Company and equity is part of our total compensation plan.
