Essential Functions

  • Collaborate with onsite logistics coordinators to ensure consistent use of racking materials and efficient tools management across projects
  • Manage material logs and reports to track inventory and monitor material usage
  • Coordinate the purchasing of tools needed for all projects from vendors and suppliers
  • Facilitate the sharing of information and material transfer between construction sites
  • Work closely with vendors and suppliers to coordinate the timely delivery and receipt of materials and tools
  • Ensure compliance with project schedules and budget constraints related to material and tool management
  • Provide guidance and support to onsite logistics coordinators to optimize material and tool efficiency and minimize waste
  • Communicate regularly with project teams to address any material or tool-related issues and ensure alignment across projects
  • Regular and predictable attendance
  • Other duties as assigned
  • Essential functions of this position are to be performed at a Company-designated office or field location
  • Understand and comply with the Company's Code of Business Conduct and Ethics Policy and other industry-specific professional and ethical standards
ABOUT YOU

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in materials and tools management, preferably in the construction or solar industry

Knowledge/Skills/Abilities

  • Strong organizational and coordination skills
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Solid understanding of racking materials, construction logistics, and tools
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
  • Strong collaboration and coordination skills to align onsite logistics coordinators, optimize material and tool efficiency, and ensure consistency across projects

Preferred Education

  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or related field; combination of education and experience considered in lieu of degree
