What the day will look like

  • Responsible for the overall servicing of a portfolio of key client accounts
  • Member of office leadership team: develop strategies across key components of our business

  • Strategize with clients on how best to optimize their captive insurance company and help develop solutions to complex client problems
  • Collaborate with other parts of the business to bring the best solutions to our clients
  • Prepare and present insights during client board meetings
  • Increase the company's profile within the captive insurance market

Skills and experience required

  • Strong leadership skills and proven track record in similar roles
  • Extensive and proven experience in senior roles, preferably within captive Insurance management - essential
  • Strong analytical and critical thinking skills
  • Ability to lead projects and motivate teams to execute strategies
  • Resiliency and creativity
  • Strong presentations and soft skills
