Responsibilities:

  • Provide excellent customer service, ensuring a positive experience for all who visit our store.
  • Manage customer orders with accuracy and efficiency.
  • Use your knowledge of the music industry to assist customers and make informed recommendations.
  • Communicate effectively with other departments to ensure smooth operations, particularly regarding instrument repairs.
  • Operate the cash register, process payments, and manage returns.
  • Update customer records and assist with trade-in evaluations.
  • Stay informed on sales trends and participate in store operations.
