Preferred Experience and Education

- High School diploma or equivalent qualification.
- Familiarity with point-of-sale systems.
- Basic proficiency in MS Excel and Outlook.
- Experience in fitting footwear is advantageous.
- Knowledge of LaCrosse products is a plus.
Work Environment
This position operates within a retail store setting, focusing on delivering exceptional customer service.
Reporting Structure
The Retail Sales Associate reports directly to the Retail Store Manager.
