Established Portland construction company looking for part time office help. Hours to start will be 24 hours+/-. Work hours generally fall between 8-5. The position may shape into a full time job with the correct person. Nice medical benefits package if becoming full time employee.

Tasks Include:


Answering calls, coordinating subcontractors, research for business owner, filing, sourcing materials, generating wide range of documents and reports on Mac platform, along with other general office requirements.

A must is solid experience with Mac platform Microsoft office suite, Dropbox, and Outlook. Having extensive computer skills for working on our business network is critical.

A real plus if knowledgeable with Facebook, X, and other Social Platforms. Experience with construction work, terminology, operations are also a plus. Most work is in the office environment. Limited work out in the field visiting job sites. Dependable transportation when needed is important.


Must be a self starter, able to work independently on wide assortment of office projects, timely arrival every workday to the office, a good communicator over the phone and a quick study in learning the way this office works.

Pay is based on experience. Starting pay range expected to be $18.00 to $22.00 per hour. Review after one month to see how the job is going.
