San Francisco, California, United States Block Full time

Job Description

All of Block's product services are organized into business units with their own product and engineering teams. Underneath, there's a connected platform team that supports the company. We are that platform. Within the platform, our team's focus is on using AI to accelerate productivity across the company, automating routine tasks like knowledge retrieval and code migrations. Our team works cross-functionally across Block's business units to deliver the most impactful tools to developers, and oftentimes working closely with teams to understand specific needs, and then generalizing those across Block.

We are seeking an enthusiastic and experienced Product Manager to drive the utilization of AI in improving developer experience and operational efficiency. This pivotal role involves collaborating across various business units to identify and capitalize on opportunities where AI can make a significant impact. As the bridge between technical teams and business stakeholders, you will be responsible for leading the development of new AI-driven tools and features from initial concept through to successful launch. You will work closely with the engineering team to ensure tight collaboration, enabling rapid development and experimentation of AI solutions. You will manage the alpha and beta testing phases, meticulously gathering user feedback, refining features to ensure alignment with user needs and business goals, and driving critical adoption among users. Additionally, you will coordinate with the broader product team to seamlessly integrate AI capabilities into internal processes and scale successful features across the organization.

In this role, you will also position yourself as a company expert in AI, staying ahead of industry trends and continuously driving innovation within the organization. This is an exciting opportunity to transform the work experience at Block and become a company expert in AI
