Charlotte, North Carolina, United States CohnReznick Full time

As CohnReznick grows, so do our career opportunities. As one of the nation's top Professional Services and Business Advisory firms, we foster teams in Advisory, Assurance, and Tax services that value innovation and collaboration in everything they do

YOUR TEAM.

We currently have an exciting career opportunity in our Marketing team for a Corporate Marketing Senior Specialist based out of our Charlotte office in a remote capacity.

CohnReznick is a hybrid firm and most of our professionals are located within a commutable distance to one of our offices. This position is considered remote which means it does not require job duties be performed within proximity of a CohnReznick office location. However, as a remote employee, you may be required to be present at a CohnReznick office with scheduled notice for client work, team meetings, or trainings.

WHY COHNREZNICK?

At CohnReznick, we're united by a common mission to create opportunity, value, and trust for our clients, our people, and our communities. Whether it's working alongside your peers to solve a client challenge, or volunteering together at the local food bank, there are so many ways to find your "why" at the firm.

We believe it's important to balance work with everyday life - and make time for enjoyment and fun. We invest in a robust Total Rewards package that includes everything from generous PTO, a flexible work environment, expanded parental leave, extensive learning & development, and even paid time off for employees to volunteer.

YOUR ROLE.

Creating opportunities for our people is a core component of CohnReznick's mission and purpose. As a Corporate Marketing Senior Specialist, you will collaborate with the Corporate Marketing, Operations, and Portfolio teams as well as our external agencies to support the firm's growth campaigns. The Senior Specialist will play an important role in helping us execute, measure, and optimize corporate sponsorships and paid media programs as well as brand campaigns across our own channels.

Responsibilities include but not limited to:

  • Support our Corporate Marketing team, working closely with our agencies and other marketing team members to manage paid media campaigns and the effective execution of nurture and conversion strategies.
  • Advance our efficiency and effectiveness by monitoring campaign data to optimize landing pages, creative assets, and messaging execution.
  • Connect buyer intent insights to brand campaign targeting and messaging strategies, collaborating with marketing team members to optimize assets and measure results.
  • Assist the CMO and agency in managing brand sponsorship programs across our markets, including sports sponsorships to ensure we are maximizing the potential of all assets to reach clients, prospects and prospective talent.
  • Maintain campaign plans, reporting, and brand health metrics to measure impact and communicate results to internal executive stakeholders.
  • Develop and maintain corporate marketing materials that support proposals, our website, People & Culture programs, and other firm initiatives.
  • Develop and maintain presentations to effectively communicate for marketing team members and firm leaders how corporate campaigns are helping to achieve firm business objectives.
  • Work closely with CMO and marketing leaders to develop and manage corporate marketing plan and budget.
  • Assist with the onboarding and continued training of marketing team members on the brand identity, voice, and positioning.
  • Monitor competitive brand campaigns and provide insights to marketing leadership.
  • Develop a broad understanding of our services and the industries and geographies our clients operate within and understand our value proposition and positioning for each.
  • Be a connector across the marketing team, driving internal integration of brand and demand strategies.
  • Collaborate with our Events team and internal stakeholders on Corporate-led events for business development and employee engagement.
  • Maintain exceptional brand governance, communication, and quality standards.

YOUR EXPERIENCE.

The successful candidate will have:

  • Strong business acumen with an ability to quickly learn about new B2B solutions and objectives.
  • Exceptional communication (verbal, written, and PPT storytelling).
  • Exceptional organizational skills and ability to manage projects across departments and functions.
  • Strong experience working in - or closely with - brand agencies on brand campaigns, digital paid media programs and their KPIs.
  • An audience-centric mindset with ability to analyze and communicate data to guide strategy.
  • Experience developing and maintaining presentations and reports that communicate brand objectives, campaign goals, and results.
  • Eagerness to be a self-starter, looking for ways to elevate our creativity, management, and leadership for the firm.
  • Ability to integrate feedback and lessons learned from your work and search for ways to achieve best-in-class outputs.
  • Digital media planning or account management experience a plus.
  • Advanced skill level with PPT and O365 products; creative skills a plus.
  • Bachelor's degree and 5+ years of work experience.
