Collaborate with the Infrastructure Services Business Manager Lead on daily operations and support key initiatives such as training, talent management, all-hands meetings, and ad hoc exercises.Work with other Business Managers across Technology on various key initiatives and projects.Represent Infrastructure Services requirements in collaboration with other organizational functions, including Human Resources, Finance, Legal, Business, and Risk.Develop and implement new processes to help Infrastructure Services scale effectively and align with the overall strategy.Support the collection of materials for inbound requests from IT GRC, Head Office, regulators, and document as necessary.THIS POSITION IS LOCATED IN NYC, NY. The Successful Applicant
Bachelor's degree in business, management information systems, or a related field.Over 3 years of experience as a Business Manager in a Technology organization, or relevant experience in consulting or business operations.Candidate must have budgeting knowledge and a thorough understanding of process enhancements for day-to-day managementAbility to adapt to an evolving business environment with changing priorities and work independently or in groups with colleagues from junior to senior levels.Proven track record of delivering multiple complex projects simultaneously with strong execution skills.Advanced analytical and problem-solving skills with meticulous attention to detail.What's on Offer
