Position Overview:

As a Junior Cybersecurity Trainee at Agency, you will play a vital role in connecting technology, our clients, and our internal operations. You will collaborate with various stakeholders to evaluate business workflows, assist IT functions, and contribute to the development of solutions that align with the organization's strategic objectives.

This is a compensated entry-level apprenticeship opportunity. It is perfect for a driven individual who is enthusiastic about learning, evolving, and enhancing the effectiveness and success of our operational processes.

This apprenticeship lasts for one year and leads to a salaried junior position.

NO PRIOR CYBERSECURITY EXPERIENCE IS REQUIRED - we will provide comprehensive training and assist you in obtaining the necessary industry certifications.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support Senior Team Members: Collaborate under the mentorship of experienced team members and gain valuable insights into a high-growth cybersecurity environment.
  • Research and Data Analysis: Compile research reports on significant topics.
  • Project Assistance: Facilitate communication and support between various teams.

This role serves as an excellent entry point into the technology and cybersecurity sectors. You will acquire foundational knowledge of elite team operations and develop skills across diverse areas such as technology sales, IT support, cybersecurity compliance, and business management.

Qualifications:

  • A bachelor's degree in business administration, information technology, or a related discipline
    • or 4 years of equivalent professional experience in IT, business operations, or a comparable field.
  • Strong written communication abilities.
  • Willingness to thrive and adapt in a dynamic environment.
  • Preferred (but not mandatory): previous internships or experience in technology firms.
  • NO CYBERSECURITY EXPERIENCE REQUIRED.

This position is full-time and requires in-person attendance.
