OverviewThis position is part of the People & Culture division, which collaborates to nurture and enhance our organizational culture, aiming to provide the optimal environment for advancing AI research. This role is a fixed-term contract lasting 12 months.
Role ResponsibilitiesAs a member of the Reward & Recognition team within Talent, Development & Performance, you will play a crucial role in executing our core activities. Reporting to the North America Reward & Recognition Lead, you will work closely with the Reward & Recognition Team, Talent Acquisition, and People & Culture Partners.
- Assist in managing our compensation initiatives that align with our organizational philosophy, ensuring robust governance, including managing equity grants and reviewing hiring trends.
- Offer guidance to the Talent Acquisition team and hiring managers during the offer negotiation phase.
- Provide support to the People and Culture team in relation to talent management.
- Utilize compensation metrics and tools to inform decisions and analyze compensation outcomes.
- Engage with senior partners and internal analytics teams to deliver insights that facilitate data-driven business decisions.
- Evaluate market data to assess the competitiveness of our total compensation packages.
- Maintain an organized approach to manage multiple tasks efficiently while anticipating future needs.
