Position OverviewThis role is situated within the People & Culture division, which collaborates to enhance and nurture our organizational culture, aiming to create an optimal environment for AI research advancement. This is a fixed-term position lasting 12 months.
Role ResponsibilitiesAs a member of the Reward & Recognition team, you will play a crucial role in executing our core activities. Reporting to the North America Reward & Recognition Lead, you will work closely with the Reward & Recognition Team, as well as the Talent Acquisition and People & Culture Partners.
- Assist in managing our compensation initiatives that align with our organizational philosophy, ensuring compliance and governance, including managing equity grants and reviewing hiring trends.
- Offer guidance and support to the Talent Acquisition team and hiring managers during the offer negotiation phase.
- Provide strategic advice to the People and Culture team to enhance talent management practices.
- Utilize compensation metrics and tools to inform decision-making and analyze compensation outcomes.
- Effectively communicate with senior stakeholders and internal analytics teams to deliver insights that drive informed business decisions.
- Evaluate market data to assess the competitiveness of our total compensation offerings.
- Maintain a high level of organization while managing multiple tasks proactively.

- Experience collaborating with recruitment and people management teams, particularly in complex offer negotiations.
- Ability to synthesize diverse information sources to provide timely insights for decision-making.
- Comfortable navigating ambiguity and adapting to changing circumstances.
- Exceptional attention to detail and confidentiality in handling sensitive information.
- Proficient in conducting research and gathering feedback to inform business strategies.
- Advanced skills in data analysis using Google Sheets, including complex calculations and data manipulation.
- Collaborative approach to stakeholder engagement, with a focus on process improvement.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage a varied workload effectively.
- Agile mindset, eager to learn from others.
- Excellent communication skills, with a talent for building relationships across the organization.
