Full-time, Monday to Friday, 8:00am-5:00pm

Pay
$50,000 to $70,000 a year

Responsibilities
  • Explore and discover new recruitment sources for healthcare candidates, both online and offline, to build a diverse talent pipeline.
  • Actively participate in local job fairs, healthcare events, and community outreach programs to promote our healthcare staffing services and attract potential candidates.
  • Utilize various sourcing methods, including social media, job boards, and networking, to identify and engage with healthcare professionals.
  • Conduct initial candidate assessments, including interviews and reference checks, to ensure the quality and suitability of candidates.
  • Build strong relationships with healthcare professionals, understanding their career aspirations and matching them with suitable job opportunities.
  • Work closely with the recruitment team to ensure a seamless candidate placement process.
  • Maintain accurate and organized candidate databases, tracking recruitment activities and outcomes.


Qualifications
  • Prior recruitment experience.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding set quotas/goals.
  • Experience and/or knowledge in nursing or medical field highly desirable.
  • High school diploma or GED required.
  • Bachelor's degree preferred but not required.
  • Experience with an applicant tracking system (ATS) and Client Relationship Management (CRM).
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, etc.).
  • Task-oriented with a high level of initiative.
  • Ability to communicate professionally over the phone.
  • Must enjoy interacting with people on a daily basis.
  • Comfortable with a non-commission sales structure.
