Are you mechanically inclined? Do you like working outside? If you answered yes, this may be the job for you

As a Water Meter Technician I, you will assist the Water Meter Tech III in performing testing, maintenance, repair, and replacement of meters, meter boxes, and pipes ranging in size from 5/8" to 10".


In addition, as a Water Meter Technician I, your typical duties would include reading and recording of water meter data, maintaining and issuing inventory of tools and materials, operating and maintaining equipment and vehicles.

This work often requires entry in confined spaces such as large meter vaults.


As successful Water Meter Technician I candidate should have the ability to use hand and power tools proficiently and communicate in a professional manner.
