HR Operations Intern

Why We Have This Role

As a People Operations Intern, you will be essential to the heart of our People team. Your role will involve supporting various People Operations functions and projects, such as data management, onboarding, process administration, and tooling support to enhance the overall employee experience. This is a pivotal role in ensuring our workforce is empowered, supported, and engaged.

You will partner with HR managers, team members, and other stakeholders to support programs and initiatives that enhance employee satisfaction and productivity. Your success will be evident through improved processes, engagement metrics, streamlined onboarding, and data-driven insights that inform our People Operations strategies. Your innovative ideas and commitment to employee well-being will make a tangible impact on our organizational culture.

How You'll Grow

  • Develop robust documentation and help pages to support global teams in self-service troubleshooting.
  • Create comprehensive process & data flow charts.
  • Conduct data audits to verify the accuracy of information flowing from our HRIS.
  • Support system & tooling updates for better scale of core people processes.
  • Collaborate with various stakeholders to gather feedback and recommend improvements to various people processes.

What We're Looking For On Your Resume

  • Currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
  • Self-starter willing to navigate ambiguity and show proactivity in pursuing project objectives.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities, with a keen attention to detail.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Demonstrated ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and professionalism.
  • Proficiency in MS Office/Google Suite, particularly Google Sheets
  • Familiarity with HRIS/ATS systems is a plus.
  • Prior experience in HR internships or related roles is preferred but not required.
