Role Summary
This position involves designing, developing, implementing, testing, and validating control systems for autonomous driving of vehicles, robots, or other systems. Responsibilities include designing control systems, integrating sensors, implementing control mechanisms for actuators, simulating and tuning control parameters, and optimizing control algorithms. The role also involves collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to develop and optimize control strategies, integrate sensors and actuators, and ensure the safe and reliable functioning of autonomous driving systems. Additionally, the position will involve planning, executing, and coordinating New Mobility with internal and external departments, companies, and academia.

Key Responsibilities
  • Evaluating technologies and product designs to ensure compliance with scientific and engineering principles, customer requirements, and specifications
  • Supporting the development of innovative components and modules throughout the development process
  • Conducting research programs applying various engineering principles
  • Contributing innovative ideas for products and processes
  • Analyzing engineering results to propose product changes and improve specifications
  • Overseeing innovation project schedules and coordinating activities
  • Providing engineering support to other departments
  • Maintaining technical knowledge by reviewing publications and establishing networks
  • Interpreting technical specifications and preparing progress reports
  • Utilizing computer software and equipment for technical analysis tasks
Key Qualifications/Requirements
  • 0-2 years of relevant automotive work experience
  • Experience in vehicle testing of ADAS/AD systems
  • Strong foundation in control theory, dynamics, and kinematics
  • Bachelor's or higher degree in Engineering
  • Experience with automotive development tools and series production of ADAS systems

Physical Demands/Work Environment:
