Job Description
An employer in Long Beach, CA is looking for a Helpdesk Analyst for a large Oil/Gas company. This person will be supporting the internal users in the retail/convenience stores via phone and remote support with all Level 1 & 2 issues. They will be heavily supporting the POS devices including imaging, repair, upgrade, deploy, and troubleshooting. This person should have the desire to learn and the ability to prioritize so the helpdesk will complete each ticket with the approved SLA's. Required* Work on-site in Long Beach 11am-8pm Tuesday through Thursday and flex Friday-Saturday or Sunday-Monday.
Compensation:
$20/hr to $25/hr.
Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education.
Benefit packages for this role will start on the 31st day of employment and include medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as HSA, FSA, and DCFSA account options, and 401k retirement account access with employer matching. Employees in this role are also entitled to paid sick leave and/or other paid time off as provided by applicable law.
