Job Title: Help Desk Administrator

We are seeking a skilled Help Desk Administrator to join our team at Axom Technologies. As a Help Desk Administrator, you will be responsible for providing technical support to our customers and ensuring that their issues are resolved in a timely and efficient manner.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide technical support to customers via phone, email, and in-person
  • Resolve customer issues in a timely and efficient manner
  • Document and track customer issues and resolutions
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex issues
  • Provide training and support to new employees
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in a help desk or technical support role
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Windows and Office products
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience with help desk software and tools
  • Knowledge of network infrastructure and security
  • Ability to work in a team environment
