Role Overview

We are seeking a Chief of Staff to join our founding team. The Chief of Staff will be responsible for driving strategic projects and operations to accelerate our impact. The role is based in New York, NY, with flexibility for remote work. The Chief of Staff will be expected to wear many hats at Leap Health and will play a pivotal role in our strategy, execution, operations, and long-term success.


Key Responsibilities & Qualifications

  • Key partner to the CEO and Head of Operations in setting the strategic direction of the company and executing on our plan
  • Create and manage Leap Health's data analytics capabilities
  • Assist in the drug procurement process and interact with the clinical delivery team
  • Design and build client interaction model
  • Excellent leadership and management skills
  • Ability to multi-task and move multiple projects forward simultaneously
  • Strong project management and problem-solving abilities
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and remotely
  • Experience in healthcare, specialty pharma, or related fields is a plus, ideally in a high growth, early stage company
  • MBA, consulting, or finance experience preferred
