Job Description:

As a Chief of Staff at Lolli, you will play a key role in supporting and executing special projects and initiatives on behalf of the executive team in addition to administrative and cross-functional duties aimed at optimizing the time of the CEO and CTO, internal operations of the business and efficiency of its teams and systems. This role offers a unique opportunity to work directly with the executive team, gain hands-on experience in the fast-paced world of cryptocurrency and e-commerce and obtain deep experience in business operations and management.

Responsibilities:

Report directly to the executive team to support the overall business as needed, remaining agile to meet the needs of fast-evolving priorities, goals, and initiatives
Add structure, process, and communication to drive strategic prioritization, alignment and outcomes to executive meetings, OKR goals setting, company annual offsites, and more
Review and execute improvements to organizational structure; find knowledge, communication and skills gaps and help address them
Act as a bridge between the executive team and other team members, facilitating effective communication and alignment
Organize and attend key meetings with customers, investors, and internal teams, ensuring follow-ups and action items are addressed promptly
Support and lead special projects and initiatives on behalf of the CEO and CTO, working closely with cross-functional teams to establish timelines, monitor progress, and ensure successful completion
Prepare and frequently lead executive-level communications, presentations, and reports for internal and external stakeholders
Serve as key stakeholder in driving company culture forward in alignment with company values, employee needs, and company profitability goals
Identify and lead completion of administrative tasks, including critical company paperwork, applications, and renewals
Support payroll operations through JustWorks, facilitate communications for employee benefits and insurance renewals

Qualifications:

5 years of work experience, preferably 5 years of experience engaging actively with executive-level leadership
Very strong writing skills, especially in simplifying complex issues, and using data to support and explain key points, decisions, and assessing outcomes
Strong business acumen with an understanding of what drives value for a business
Demonstrated ability to write and speak with high standards of professionalism
Strong ability to develop materials for executive and board use
Ability to multitask and prioritize assignments daily
Strong analytical skills and attention to detail with proficiency in data analysis tools and platforms
Preferred: Experience in the startup space
Preferred: Experience with JustWorks
Preferred: Consulting experience with a focus on technical products
Preferred: Product and/or Program Management experience
Preferred: Experience working directly with a SaaS product
Interest in bitcoin and crypto is a plus, but not required
