We are seeking a Sales Executive to manage inbound sales inquiries, outbound relationship-building, and distributor support across three key brands: BaseCore.co, PerformanceFooting.com, and BackyardBases.com. This role requires fast response to leads, proactive follow-ups on quotes, and engagement with installers and distributors to generate new business opportunities.

As our Sales Executive, you will be responsible for handling inbound calls, sending out quotes, following up on prospects, and working with installers and distributors to drive sales growth. You will also provide feedback to the marketing team to help refine sales materials and lead generation strategies.

Key Responsibilities

Lead & Sales Management

  • Promptly respond to all inbound leads via phone, email, and web inquiries.
  • Qualify potential customers and recommend the best products or solutions based on their needs.
  • Create, send, and follow up on quotes, ensuring timely responses and maximizing conversion rates.
  • Follow up on open opportunities, re-engaging leads that have not yet made a purchase.
  • Track all customer interactions in the CRM (Brevo) to manage pipeline and follow-ups effectively.

Distributor & Installer Outreach

  • Engage with installers and distributors to build relationships and encourage repeat business.
  • Work with existing partners to identify new sales opportunities, including bulk orders and high-value accounts.
  • Provide product knowledge and support to distributors and installers to help them sell more effectively.
  • Identify and reach out to potential new distributors who would benefit from carrying our products.

Marketing & Sales Collaboration

  • Work closely with the marketing team to provide feedback on common customer questions, sales objections, and industry trends.
  • Help refine sales materials and marketing collateral (brochures, product guides, FAQs) to better support customer needs.
  • Coordinate with marketing to optimize lead generation and nurture campaigns, ensuring sales and marketing efforts are aligned.

Sales Reporting & Performance Tracking

  • Monitor and track sales performance, ensuring targets are met and identifying areas for improvement.
  • Provide regular updates on lead status, quotes sent, and follow-up outcomes.
  • Maintain detailed records of interactions with prospects, distributors, and installers in the CRM.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in sales, customer service, or lead management (B2B, distributor relations, or eCommerce preferred).
  • Ability to respond quickly to leads and follow up effectively to close deals.
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills, with a customer-focused approach.
  • Experience creating and managing quotes, ensuring follow-up and conversion.
  • Comfortable making outbound calls to distributors and installers to develop business relationships.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems (Brevo or similar) for lead tracking and sales pipeline management.
  • Highly organized, proactive, and results-driven.
