- Evaluating and managing the regional sales team
- Developing and executing sales training programs
- Driving new business and customer growth
- Assessing performance and identifying areas for improvement
Responsibilities
You'll be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies to drive new business and customer growth, coaching and developing the Sales Team, and assessing performance to identify areas for improvement. To succeed in this role, you'll need to have a strong background in sales management, marketing, and business development, with over 10 years of experience in a technical service or product sector.
