Job Summary:

As the Channel Marketing Director, you will be crucial in developing and executing strategic marketing plans to drive growth and engagement through our global channel partners & strategic tech partners. This position demands a strategic thinker with a knack for creativity, excellent interpersonal skills, and the ability to manage complex projects across multiple markets and countries.



Overview:

As a Channel Marketing Director, you will develop and manage the marketing strategies that support our company’s sales channels and strategic technology partners. This role involves significant collaboration across the partner ecosystem globally to ensure success and alignment with our strategic goals.


Key Responsibilities:


Strategy Development and Execution:

  • Design and implement comprehensive marketing program strategies to enhance Seclore brand awareness to and through the channel ecosystem.
  • Set clear objectives and measurable goals for channel performance.
  • Work closely with sales, channel management, and product marketing to ensure a unified approach to market entry and presence.
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities and threats. Adapt strategies based on market insights to optimize channel performance.


Channel Support and Partnership Management:

  • Provide marketing support and create tailored marketing materials for channel partners.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with channel partners, ensuring regular communication and alignment with company goals.
  • Act as a liaison between the company and its partners, using partner feedback to enhance product offerings and marketing strategies.
  • Manage the marketing budget for channel activities, ensuring efficient allocation and expenditure.


Channel & Partner Program Management:

  • Create and manage scalable channel investment programs—marketing development funds (MDF)—for joint marketing and sales activities.
  • Organize and participate in events such as trade shows, conferences, and webinars to enhance company and partner visibility.
  • Channel & Partner Enablement: Provide training and ongoing support to channel partners on product updates, marketing campaigns, and strategic market changes.
  • Allocate MDF based on partner performance and strategic value, ensuring compliance with company guidelines. Monitor and audit fund utilization and continuously improve the MDF program based on partner feedback and market needs.
  • Track and analyze the effectiveness of through-channel marketing campaigns and initiatives. Report to senior management on MDF utilization and its impact on sales and brand awareness.


Qualifications:


- At least 10-12 years of experience in marketing with a channel or partner marketing experience within a scale-up organization.

- Proven track record of creating effective marketing strategies and campaigns that drive revenue growth and enhance partner engagement.

- Strong cross-group leadership skills working with diverse virtual teams across different geographical locations.

- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

- Experience building channel and marketing programs at scale-stage companies in the $20M to $200M journey.

- Ability to work flexibly and efficiently in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

- Proficiency in SFDC and marketing automation tools.

- Knowledge of the worldwide channel partner ecosystems and understanding the through-channel marketing playbooks
