The Opportunity:

- Develop and implement strategic growth plans in alignment with company goals.

- Lead and manage end-to-end project lifecycles, ensuring timely and successful completion.

- Oversee the introduction of new products, from concept to market launch.

- Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement lean/continuous improvement practices.

- Coach a cross-functional group to develop and refine process checklists for product transfers and product introductions, with efficient and effective operating rhythms.

- Partner with Sales, Marketing, and Commercial to research the NPI competitive landscape, clearly articulate TT Cleveland’s target market profiles, refine the NPI CoE value proposition, and build an opportunity pipeline.

- Lead continuous improvements events such as kaizens to accelerate prototype and NPI lead times as a competitive differentiator and a gateway to new business growth.


What we are seeking:

- Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or related field; MBA preferred.

- 10+ years of experience in strategic planning, project management, and NPI.

- Strong expertise in lean and continuous improvement methodologies.

- Demonstrated ability to lead and influence cross-functional teams.

- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.

- PMP Certification is a plus

- Proven track record of driving business growth and achieving targets.
