A Service Technicians Role:

Service Technicians perform diagnostics, service repairs and maintenance work on customer equipment in their assigned territory. The technician must be able to provide top notch customer service to our clients.

  • Manage all on-site installation, repair, maintenance and test tasks.
  • Diagnose errors or technical problems and determine proper solutions.
  • Follow service departments procedures and policies
  • Build and maintain positive relationships with customers.
  • Maintain company vehicles, inventory and tools in proper working condition.
  • Maintain knowledge on existing products
  • Keep great communication with the customer and answer questions relative to the work being performed.

What you must have:

  • Must possess a valid driver’s license
