We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Manager to lead our Sales Incentive Compensation team. The Senior Manager will play a pivotal role in designing, implementing, and managing sales incentive programs that align with our company's objectives and drive sales performance. This role requires strong analytical abilities, strategic thinking, and the ability to collaborate cross-functionally to ensure the effectiveness and fairness of our sales compensation plans.


Key responsibilities:

  • Annual Planning and Sales Attainment Performance Management:
  • Assist in annual planning of sales capacity, incentive plan structure, and quota assignment to ensure alignment to sales strategic OKRs (objectives and key results)
  • Deliver reporting and analytics of sales performance in quota attainment, time to ramp, projected capacity, etc.
  • Spearhead the timely execution of sales incentive plan creation and dissemination
  • Commission Process:
  • Own the timely execution of the monthly, global commission process end-to-end: accrual, sales review, payment approvals, statement release, and payroll submittal
  • Complete reconciliations and analysis to ensure accuracy of commission payments
  • Oversee sales spiff programs and budget
  • Provide ongoing support and resolve commission calculation-related inquiries and exceptions to the sales teams
  • Partner with internal teams (Finance, Legal, HR, Sales Operations)
  • System Administration:
  • Oversee the implementation of incentives automation software
  • Manage the administration of the application including ongoing changes
  • Become a super user over time and streamline the commission process


Qualifications:

  • 7+ years of relevant experience in sales compensation design, administration, or related roles, with a focus on incentive compensation planning
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, draw insights, and make data-driven recommendations
  • Previous experience managing sales incentive programs
  • Superb attention to detail
  • Excellent communication skills
  • SFDC and Excel or G-Sheet proficiency
  • Experience with Domo a plus
  • Management experience
