Your Role
As a Senior Financial Analyst in Wholesale Finance, you will play a crucial role in shaping our financial strategies. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Reporting Management: Develop and oversee comprehensive reports on all sales activities, including Open Orders, Invoicing, Returns, and Cancellations.
  • Sales Projections: Collaborate closely with the Sales Planning team to validate sales forecasts and monitor progress against established targets, presenting findings to leadership on a quarterly basis.
  • Financial Translation: Convert sales plans into financial budgets, assessing the impact of customer and product trends such as discounting and product margins.
  • Trend Analysis: Examine sales trends to pinpoint risks and opportunities, coordinating with Sales Planning to implement strategies that enhance sales and margin outcomes.
  • Sales Alignment Meetings: Lead bi-monthly meetings to consolidate and analyze data from various teams, producing shipping projections for upcoming months and quarters.
  • Support Planning Processes: Assist Sales and Merchandising Planning teams in future season planning, ensuring the validation of assumptions for sales and cost considerations.
  • Wholesale Controlling: Manage month-end reports and accruals related to Freight-out, third-party royalties, and intercompany commissions, while tracking quarterly royalty reports.

Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you should possess:

  • 5+ years of experience in Sales Planning, Financial Analysis, or a related field.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work across various departments.
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel; familiarity with SAP, Hyperion, and Power BI is advantageous.
  • Exceptional organizational skills, reliability, and efficiency in prioritizing tasks.
  • A proactive team player with integrity and a positive attitude, capable of thriving in a fast-paced environment.
